We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100!

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods or major sales, delivery may take slightly longer. (99.3% of our U.S. orders have arrived within 15 business days in the past month.)

Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers such as Fedex or UPS and are delivered to your door or nearest pickup point. You’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS, and you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Packages are typically held for 7 days at pickup locations.

Unclaimed orders are subject to a $50 handling and return fee.

Returns & Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, unopened items in their original condition.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

If you are returning a product for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Pre-Order Cancellations & Returns

Because each pre-order is custom-made for you, the following processing fees apply to cancellations or returns:

• Orders under $50: $7.90

• Orders $50–$100: $10.90

• Orders over $100: $14.90

If you selected "Shipping & Pre-Order Protection" at checkout, you are entitled to cancel your pre-order free of charge.
