While our store is designed with U.S. customers in mind, we also welcome international orders under applicable conditions.

Shipping Terms

U.S. Delivery Time: Average 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or major promotions, delays may occur.

Carrier: Orders are shipped via Fedex. Tracking and delivery notifications are provided via email or text.

Unclaimed Orders: A $50 handling and return fee applies to unclaimed shipments.
Returns & Cancellations

39-Day Return Policy: Eligible for unused items in original packaging.

Faulty Products: We cover return shipping and offer full refunds or replacements. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Please note: Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-Order Cancellations & Returns
Pre-orders are custom-made and subject to handling fees:

Orders under $50: $7.90

$50–$100 orders: $10.90

Over $100: $14.90
If "Shipping & Pre-Order Protection" is selected at checkout, pre-orders can be canceled free of charge.

Klarna Pay Later & Installments
Klarna & Pre-Orders
Klarna invoices must be paid by the due date, even for pre-orders. Pre-order shipping dates do not affect Klarna deadlines.
If a customer disputes or cancels a pre-order after Klarna has billed, Leized reserves the right to charge a $15 admin fee and a $5 invoicing fee.

Leized is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather events, strikes, customs delays).
