Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the U.S., with international options available at checkout. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days. During peak demand or product launches, please allow a few extra days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused, unopened items in their original packaging. 

What’s your policy for pre-orders?

Pre-orders are made-to-order items and can be canceled or returned with a small processing fee — unless you've selected "Shipping & Pre-Order Protection" at checkout, which waives cancellation fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Klarna (Pay Later & Installments), and more secure payment options available at checkout.

Are your products true to size?

Our fit is intentionally oversized for most styles. Please refer to our size guide before ordering, or reach out to us for sizing advice.
